Ugly Baseball Uniforms

Fan IQ recently ranked the Top 10 Ugliest Baseball Uniforms Of All Time. As I read the list I was immediately thrown back into my youth. I loved the Pirates uniforms...We Are Family!

    No way the 1979 Pirates should be on that list! I loved their unis! I had a pillbox hat and even got Mom to sew some stars on it. I had an Astros jersey, too. Maybe I just have bad taste. I can still hear Howard Cosell "Speaking of Sports" talking about the '79 Series on the radio on our way to IA in the mornings and waving to your Dad on highway 82 after we moved.
